These Terms of Use explain the rules for using UnLethe and related services.

By using UnLethe, you agree to these Terms.

Using UnLethe

UnLethe is a vocabulary learning app that helps you save, enrich, review, and practice words.

You are responsible for how you use the app, the words and notes you add, and the choices you make based on app content.

Your Vocabulary Content

You keep ownership of the vocabulary content you create or add in UnLethe, such as words, phrases, translations, examples, notes, forms, and tags.

You give us permission to store, process, sync, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve UnLethe and related services.

You should not add content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive.

Vocabulary Suggestions

UnLethe may help generate vocabulary suggestions, such as translations, examples, word forms, explanations, or practice content.

Suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You should review and edit suggested content before relying on it.

UnLethe is a learning tool, not a professional translation, legal, medical, financial, or academic advice service.

Review and Practice

UnLethe uses review and practice features to help you study vocabulary. The app may adapt exercises, scheduling, and progress indicators based on your activity.

We do not guarantee that using UnLethe will make you remember every word, reach a specific language level, or achieve a particular result.

Purchases and App Store Terms

If UnLethe offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple and the App Store.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and restore flows are governed by the App Store terms that apply to your Apple account.

When you download UnLethe from the App Store, Apple's standard app license terms may also apply unless a separate custom license is provided.

Sync, Devices, and Apple Services

Some UnLethe features may depend on Apple services, device permissions, notifications, widgets, iCloud or CloudKit sync, App Store distribution, and purchases.

Your use of Apple services is also governed by Apple's own terms and settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse UnLethe or related services.

You must not try to disrupt the app, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, access systems without permission, overload our services, or use UnLethe to create or store illegal or harmful content.

You must also not use UnLethe in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of other people.

Third-Party Services

UnLethe may use third-party services, including Apple services, AI providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, and support tools.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

App Changes and Availability

We may update, change, add, remove, or limit parts of UnLethe at any time. We try to keep the app and related services available.

Ownership

UnLethe, including its design, software, branding, features, and original content, belongs to us or our licensors.

These Terms do not give you ownership of UnLethe. They give you permission to use the app according to these Terms and any applicable App Store terms.

Privacy

Your use of UnLethe is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the app and related services handle.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to your use of UnLethe.

We are not responsible for lost vocabulary data, learning outcomes, service interruptions, suggestion errors, or decisions you make based on app content, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

Ending Use

You can stop using UnLethe at any time by deleting the app.

We may suspend, limit, or stop providing access to parts of UnLethe if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or used the app in a harmful or unlawful way.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through the app or website.

Continuing to use UnLethe after updated Terms take effect means you agree to the updated Terms.
